FX Programm

Hello

I have a question.

is there any programms to create FX for counter strike 2D ?
i search on other Forums/threads but nothing found yet.

For what kind of FX you need if for? Graphics or sounds?
well for GraphicFX you can also use paint (if it shouldn't be that detailed ot the graphics are not that big)
otherwise you could use photoshop or free alternatives for it, like e.g. Paint.NET, which I think is really good.

If you meant sounds, I don't know that much, the best is of course, to get some finished sfx and cut them if needed (e.g. with Audacity [it's free])
